Casey’s most-referred concrete & fibreglass pool builders.
Over 200 pools built across Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hampton Park and Endeavour Hills since 2014. Repeat-client and referral work makes up roughly 70% of our calendar. VBA-registered. AS 1926 fence compliance built in. Reactive-clay engineering done properly — piers, not promises.
Five things, done properly.
From a 3m plunge pool tucked into a courtyard through to an 11m custom concrete family pool with a wet edge and in-floor cleaning. We design, engineer, build, certify and hand over. No subbing out the hard parts.
New concrete pool
Fully custom sprayed-shotcrete or reinforced-concrete pools. Any shape, any depth, tiled or pebble interior. The 50-year option for owners who want exactly what they want. $50K–$90K typical, 16–26 weeks.
See concrete pool builds →New fibreglass pool
Pre-formed Australian-made fibreglass shells (Compass, Leisure, Narellan, Plungie). Lower cost, faster install, 25-year structural warranty. Ideal for flat blocks with reasonable side access. $35K–$60K typical, 8–14 weeks.
See fibreglass options →Plunge pool
Compact deep pools 3–5m long, 1.4–1.6m deep. Year-round use with a heat pump. Concrete or pre-cast (Plungie). Perfect for townhouses, courtyards and small Berwick blocks. $25K–$45K typical.

Tired 90s pebblecrete pool? Failing tiles, faded interior, leaking skimmer, ancient equipment? We resurface, retile, replumb and re-equip. Cheaper than rebuilding, brings a 30-year-old pool back to 2026 spec. $8K–$30K.
See pool renovations →Pool equipment
Variable-speed pumps, cartridge and media filters, heat pumps, salt chlorinators, mineral systems, automation, robotic cleaners. Install on new pools or swap tired gear that’s costing you in power and chemicals. $1.5K–$8K.

Reactive-clay engineering.
Berwick, Narre Warren, Hampton Park and most of the Casey growth corridor sit on Class M to Class H2 reactive clay. The same ground movement that cracks driveways and lifts house slabs will crack a concrete pool shell and shift a fibreglass one if the footings aren’t engineered for the active zone. We bore concrete piers 1.5–2.4m below the active layer, lay reinforced footings under the shell base, and on fibreglass jobs we screed a deep crushed-rock sand bed with a subsoil ag-drain on the downhill side. Cheaper builders skip both. You see the result in 3–5 years.
AS 1926 pool fence compliance from day one.
Every Victorian pool must be registered with Council and have its fence certified to AS 1926.1-2012 within 30 days of completion. The 2020 register laws bite hard — up to $1,800 per offence per day for an unregistered or non-compliant pool. We design fence compliance into the build at the very first sketch: 1.2m external height, no climbable handholds within 900mm of the top, gate self-closing outward away from the pool, glass panels Grade A safety glass on certified spigots. Plus the full 900mm non-climbable zone around the perimeter. The fence certifier signs off before you ever swim.
VBA-registered swimming pool builder.
Domestic Builder (Limited) - Swimming Pools and Spas under the Victorian Building Authority. That registration means we carry Domestic Building Insurance (the home warranty cover that protects you for 6 years and 2 months of latent defects), our work passes mandatory inspections, and the City of Casey will actually issue you a permit. Plenty of operators quote pool builds without the right registration class — check anyone’s VBA number at vba.vic.gov.au before paying a deposit. Ours sits on every quote.
Where we build.
Our core territory is the City of Casey — Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hampton Park, Endeavour Hills — plus the growth corridor running south through Clyde, Cranbourne East and Officer. We don’t travel past the Casey boundary; staying tight keeps our build calendar honest.
From first call to first swim — 6 stages.
